Evnur de Boursac is the force behind
the artistic style of the boutique. Evnur found her sense
of appreciation and artistry through silver while following
an international career in finance. Originally, Evnur studied
and trained in Economics and Finance in London, to later
hold positions with the OECD in Paris and later with The
Chase Manhattan Bank in various places in Europe. She is
settled with her family in Singapore since twelve years.
Yet, in all this time spent in different
countries, Evnur was always drawn to creating homes that
looked elegant yet felt warm and welcoming. She especially
liked the effect silver created in a home. Being Turkish
born to an artistic family, she developed a fascination
for the heritage and culture of Turkish Silver. She started
her first company, fondly called
Turkish
Delights,
in 1991.
Following
her passion, Evnur spent many years studying and exploring
the art of silver making. Her drive for perfection and
high quality guided her to master silversmiths. The harvest
of her style and knowledge is now alive in her authentic
brand, Evnur.
In recognition of her experience and
knowledge, Evnur is often invited to speak in Thailand
and Singapore on the subject of silver.
